Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. This is an on-site role focused on driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying prospective clients, and understanding their insurance needs. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regularly monitoring market trends and opportunities will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
