(g) Summary: The Administrative Manager is responsible for end to end day to day management of campus facilities, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant operations. He will oversee all outsourced Facility Management teams, including technical services, soft services, housekeeping, landscaping, security coordination (as applicable), and vendor performance.
The role ensures delivery of high service standards, preventive maintenance, compliance, operational continuity, and a seamless workplace experience across the campus.
Requirements
(a) Education: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
(b) Certification: Facilities Management / Fire & Safety / Security / OHS – desirable
(c) Experience:
• 8–10 years of experience in administration and facility management of large campuses / institutions
• Experience managing both administrative and technical facility functions
• Exposure to guest house, training institute, residential or institutional facilities"
(d) Skills & Compentencies:
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Administration and Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills."
