Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Manager, Fixture, and Tooling. The Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative fixture and tooling solutions to support production and manufacturing processes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, optimizing manufacturing systems, overseeing the maintenance of fixtures and tools, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in fixture design, tooling development, and understanding of machining and automation systems
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities with expertise in analyzing manufacturing processes and optimizing efficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CAD software and proficiency in engineering design principles is essential
- Working knowledge of quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and industrial manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in industry domains such as robotics, smart factories, or advanced manufacturing is highly desirable
