Job Description
- Managing portions of the day to day output of India Shared Services
- Managing accounting close procedures for Tower companies, including analysis / substantiation / analytical procedures of all balance sheet and income statement accounts including valuations
- Managing other global centralized controls and procedures including
- Month end broker valuation
- Fixed asset monitoring
- Energy funds reporting
- Analyzing internal processes for improvements and collaborate with the financial technology team in developing financial automation
- Assisting in preparing annual financial statements while coordinating with external auditors
- Assisting in many ad hoc and special projects
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 6 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and financial services accounting preferred
- CPA, CA or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Tableau software a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
