Manager Finance (MIS) - A Leading Alcohol Beverage Company
Job Summary:
A leading Indian distillery company is seeking to hire a Qualified CA/CMA 10+ years of manufacturing sector experience to join their company for the role of Manager Finance (MIS). The ideal candidate brings strong proficiency in Oracle, Tally Prime, Power BI, and MS Office, with an adaptable mindset to embrace evolving systems and processes.
About the Organization:
A reputed Indian beverage manufacturing company with a presence across 15+ states and exports to multiple international markets. Known for its premium spirits portfolio and award-winning products, the organization has built a strong industry reputation through quality-driven production, innovation, and consistent market growth since the mid-1990s.
Location: Mysore Road, Bengaluru
Designation: Manager-Finance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and consolidation of MIS for various States, vertical, divisions etc.
- Support budgeting and forecast process in collaboration with cross functional team
- Brand-wise profitability reports preparation and reconciliation with financials numbers
- P&L and BS variance analysis and commentary to management
- Coordination with Brand and Sales team to prepare the manufacturing cost and price card
- Support team in providing inputs required for business case/new product development
- Preparation of monthly reports for management review meeting with local leadership team
- MIS process and template improvisation from time to time and educating to unit accountants
- Liaising with auditors and external consultants to provide data required
- Coordination with unit accountants to discuss and clarify the observations etc. on respective location's MIS.
- Interact with IT team towards automation of MIS through system
Academic and experience requirements:-
- Person should have completed his/her bachelors or master degree in Commerce
- Person should be qualified CA/CMA and with an experience of 10 years or more
- Worked in manufacturing sector. Experience in Alcobev industry would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle, Tally Prime, Power BI etc.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Open to learn new system and processes depending work and need basis

- Should be self-driven and sense of ownership for its deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and Detailed oriented
- Should be able to work with division accounts team and CFTs
- Should be adaptable and flexible in his approach.
- Should be able to work independently and with team
Education: Qualified Chartered
Experience: 10 years and more
Working days: Monday to Friday
