Finance Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3+ years (Minimum 2 years post qualification)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s financial health and growth. Working closely with leadership, this role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient management of resources. It requires a proactive finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into strategic insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance activities in line with regulatory standards.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management review.
- Assist in developing cost control measures and monitoring operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to organizational growth.
- Exposure to consumer, retail, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.
