Incredipets is a fast-growing pet services company on a mission to make every pet's life incredible. From grooming and boarding to training and wellness, we create exceptional experiences for pets and the families who love them. We're scaling fast across India and need a sharp finance leader to build the function with us.
About the Role
We're hiring a Manager – Finance to own end-to-end finance, accounts, compliance, and management reporting at Incredipets. You'll partner directly with the founders to build the financial backbone of a fast-scaling business — budgeting, MIS, controls, audits, taxation, and treasury all under your umbrella.
This is a CA-qualified, individual contributor + 1–2 reportee role today that will grow into a head-of-finance position as we scale. Strong fit for someone who wants ownership, speed, and direct founder access.
What You'll Do
• Own monthly book closing, MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Build and run the annual budget; track actuals vs. plan and flag variances
• Lead all statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, ROC filings
• Manage statutory and internal audits end-to-end with auditors
• Build internal financial controls, approval matrices, and SOPs
• Own treasury and cash flow management — banking relationships, working capital, vendor payments
• Support fundraising data rooms, due diligence, investor MIS, and board reporting
• Drive unit economics analysis across centres, services, and channels
• Manage and mentor the accounting team (currently a junior accountant; you'll hire more)
• Partner with the founders on strategic finance — pricing, capex decisions, expansion math
What We're Looking For
• Chartered Accountant (qualified, mandatory) — please do not apply if not CA-qualified
• 2–5 years post-qualification experience
• Strong technical foundation across accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance
• Hands-on with Tally / Zoho Books / similar; advanced Excel is non-negotiable
• Has built or significantly improved a finance function before
• Sharp commercial instincts — comfortable speaking the language of business, not just compliance
• Detail-obsessed but pragmatic; ships clean MIS on time without being chased
• Comfortable working on-site 6 days/week at our Gurgaon Sector 49 office
• A genuine love for pets — you'll be living and breathing them every day
Bonus Points
• Experience in services / D2C / multi-location consumer businesses
• Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, or investor reporting
• Familiarity with POS, inventory, and payment gateway reconciliations at scale
• Has worked with a Big 4 or top-tier mid-tier audit firm earlier in career
• Has set up internal controls, SOPs, or new accounting systems from scratch

Compensation
₹9 – ₹11 LPA depending on post-qualification experience and track record + perks.
