Key Responsibilities
- Manage core accounting activities in line with Ind AS, IGAAP, Tax Laws, and FEMA.
- Review and analyze commercial contracts and evaluate financial implications.
- Handle treasury accounting, including investments, borrowings, interest, and cash flow.
- Lead automation initiatives for treasury and lease modules in SAP.
- Oversee complete lease accounting and lease management as per Ind AS 116.
- Drive month-end closing, MIS preparation, and management reporting.
- Ensure strong internal controls, SOP compliance, and process improvements.
- Manage statutory and internal audits; ensure timely closure with zero major observations.
- Lead a team of 3–4 members, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
Requirements
- CA with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, FEMA, Tax Laws, and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with SAP; automation exposure preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
