Role Summary:
Manager - Finance & Analytics will be responsible for driving financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, profitability analysis, cash flow management, and process automation initiatives. The role will partner with business, product, and technology teams to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth within a Fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation and analysis of management MIS, business performance reports, and investor reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive revenue, margin, profitability, and business performance analysis across products, customers, and business verticals.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis to ensure achievement of organizational objectives.
• Oversee revenue tracking, reconciliation, incentive calculations, and business mapping to ensure reporting accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor operational costs, departmental spend, and profitability metrics while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement.
• Manage cash flow planning, receivables, payables, accruals, and financial controls to maintain healthy liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance finance automation, analytics capabilities, reporting frameworks, and process efficiencies.
• Support leadership, investors, auditors, and key stakeholders through timely reporting, presentations, and business insights.
• Mentor team members, foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), MIS, Business Analytics, and Financial Controls.
• Exposure to Fintech, SaaS, Banking, NBFC, SCF, Treasury, or Finance Automation businesses will be preferred.
