Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Manager Finance & Accounts. Core responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, managing financial records, and developing financial strategies. The role requires preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining compliance with regulations, collaborating with other departments, and leading the finance team to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Banking compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems (well-versed in accounting/ERP solutions)
• Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
• Sound understanding of financial accounting and reporting

Additional Advantage:

• Knowledge of FEMA guidelines
• Familiarity with RBI regulations and compliance related to international trade

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Account Management to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Effective Team Management skills to lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team
• Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a significant advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting standards, laws, and regulations
