Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export Manager – Chemicals to manage and grow our international business. The role involves handling overseas sales, export documentation, regulatory compliance, and developing new global markets for chemical products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end export operations for chemical products
Develop and expand international markets & distributor networks
Handle export documentation: Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, LC, insurance, tc.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, REACH, MSDS, customs & DGFT norms
Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, freight forwarders & clearing agents
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with overseas clients
Monitor shipments, timelines, and resolve export-related issues
Prepare export sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence reports
