Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong expertise in
Fabric Merchandising / Pre-Production Supply Chain within the
woven textiles domain . The role involves managing international clients and ensuring seamless coordination across design, development, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business with international brands across US, UK & EU markets
- Coordinate with Design & Development teams to address technical queries from global buyers
- Handle end-to-end merchandising / pre-production processes
- Ensure timely execution of orders aligned with buyer requirements and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with international customers and stakeholders
- Drive product development, costing, and commercialization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sourcing, quality) for smooth execution
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Woven Fabric Merchandising / Export Marketing
- Strong exposure to international supply chain & global brand handling
- Deep product knowledge of:
- Yarn Dyed Fabrics
- Non-Yarn Dyed Fabrics
- Indigo Fabrics
- Printed Fabrics
- Ability to handle technical discussions with international buyers
- Strong understanding of commercials, costing & negotiations
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and global clients
