Job Description :
1. Role Purpose
The Manager – Export & Logistics is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all export operations and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to international customers while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, DGFT guidelines, and export documentation norms.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Finance) for smooth export operations.
• Handle export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.

5. Qualification & Experience
• - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Master’s degree / MBA in Supply Chain or International Business (preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in export and logistics operations
• Hands-on experience with export documentation and shipping procedures
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
