Summary
This opportunity is with one of Goken India’s leading automotive OEM clients and is part of a Women Returnship Program designed for professionals looking to restart their careers after a break of 6+ months.
The program offers a supportive, structured, and inclusive environment to help candidates transition back into the workforce while contributing to high-impact VAVE, ESCG, and export initiatives within a fast-paced automotive setup.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ESCG CFT meetings with leadership for BRSR reporting
- Ensure data collection activities for BRSR questionnaires with cross-functional teams
- Plan and coordinate implementation of current year VAVE ideas
- Conduct periodic meetings with department SPOCs to track VAVE initiatives
- Define agendas, conduct weekly meetings, and prepare MOMs for tracking and monitoring ESCG and VAVE topics
- Support Director – VAVE & Cost Optimization on strategic projects including Export, AIML, and MG Nurture programs (Connected, ADAS, EV courses)
Qualifications
- Education: BCom / BE / BTech
- Experience: 1–8 years in planning and coordination of cross-functional activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with understanding of vehicle/components
- Proficiency in MS Office
