Role Overview
As Manager — Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong enterprise relationships, and achieving targeted revenue goals across India. While the role has a pan-India scope, you will primarily manage a specific city or region based on your location and business requirements.
This is a pure hunter role focused on new client acquisition, enterprise relationship building, and field-led consultative business and revenue expansion. You will drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and client meetings to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
Success in this role will be measured by revenue generation, enterprise account acquisition, pipeline quality, and forecast accuracy — not activity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership
- Own and grow a designated city territory — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad or Bengaluru and in around places.
- Build strong visibility for MyAnatomy within enterprise HR, TA, L&D, and GCC ecosystems.
- Represent the company at HR communities, networking events, industry meetups, and conferences including SHRM India and ITTL chapters.
Enterprise Sales & Hunting
- Conduct in-person meetings with CHROs, TA Heads, HR Leaders, GCC stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Drive a combination of:
- Pre-booked enterprise meetings
- Warm introductions and referrals
- Strategic cold walk-ins
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline with 5–7x quarterly quota coverage.
Product Demonstrations & Consultative Selling
- Conduct live product demonstrations of:
- AI Bot Interviews
- Talent Assessments
- Domain & Aptitude Tests
- Hackathon Platforms
- Tailor demonstrations using customer-specific job descriptions and hiring use cases.
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly.
End-to-End Deal Management
Own the complete sales lifecycle:
- Prospecting
- Discovery & qualification
- Solution presentation
- Proposal creation
- Commercial discussions
- Negotiation
- Contract closure
- Handover to Customer Success
Stakeholder Management
- Map and engage multi-level buying committees including:
- CHROs
- TA Heads
- HR Operations
- Procurement
- IT & Security
- Finance Teams
- Manage objections related to:
- Pricing
- Integrations
- Security & compliance
- Product capabilities
- Competition
CRM & Forecasting
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene with all meetings, follow-ups, objections, and opportunities updated within 24 hours.
- Submit accurate weekly forecasts with strong visibility on:
- Won deals
- Lost opportunities
- Slipped pipelines
- At-risk accounts
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with the Sales leadership team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams for deal progression.
- Share field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders.

- 3–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in hunting and closing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales.
- Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and product demos.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles independently.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
