Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive enterprise revenue growth across India, UAE, Middle East, and other global markets.
- Run end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from outbound prospecting and discovery to product demos, pilot execution, commercial negotiations, and closures.
- Build a strong and predictable pipeline using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, referrals, partnerships, and outbound sales motions.
- Operate in a geography-agnostic selling environment, engaging enterprise buyers across multiple industries, regions, and time zones.
- Sell high-impact AI-led enterprise solutions to founders, CXOs, revenue leaders, customer experience heads, and business decision-makers.
- Lead sharp, consultative sales conversations focused on business pain points, ROI, operational efficiency, and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s workflow, business challenges, and revenue priorities.
- Design pilot proposals with clear success metrics, implementation objectives, measurable outcomes, and conversion strategies.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across business, product, operations, and procurement stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and weekly reporting accuracy.
- Identify expansion opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account development.
- Work closely with founders and leadership to influence go-to-market strategy, market feedback loops, and enterprise growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, B2B technology sales, or consultative solution selling.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals, managing structured pipelines, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise customers across multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Exposure to global markets or selling across geographies is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in AI, GenAI, SaaS platforms, sales technology, conversational intelligence, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outbound sales workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales metrics including ACV, pipeline coverage, conversion ratios, sales velocity, and forecasting.
- A startup mindset with high ownership, pace, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: Experience working with enterprise customers across MENA, SEA, or other international markets.
