Role Overview: This role will be instrumental in positioning our programs within leading colleges, universities, and organizations—enabling wider access, stronger industry relevance, and meaningful career outcomes. At its core, the role is about creating influence and unlocking opportunities—establishing trusted relationships, expanding our presence across key enterprise segments, and shaping how institutions and corporates engage with our offerings. A key part of this will involve identifying and leveraging high-impact platforms such as education and industry conclaves, leadership forums, and curated events to build meaningful connects with institutional and corporate decision-makers, and converting these outreach efforts into qualified leads and strategic conversations. Working closely with Sales and Business teams, the role will translate these engagements into sustained institutional business, driving program adoption, enrolments, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building networks, opening doors, and driving tangible business outcomes through strategic engagement.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Drive enterprise outreach and build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and corporates (especially IT firms) to create a strong partnership ecosystem.
• Identify, engage, and onboard partners who can recommend or adopt programs for their students/employees, contributing directly to leads, enrolments, and revenue.
• Generate qualified leads and initiate high-value conversations through proactive outreach and engagement with institutional and corporate decision-makers.
• Identify and leverage relevant events and forums (education conclaves, VC forums, industry events, etc.) to establish connects with institutional leadership and expand outreach impact.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business teams to convert leads and partnerships into institutional business, ensuring strong follow-through and revenue realization.
Skill and Ability Requirements
• Strong enterprise outreach and networking capability, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders across institutions and corporates.
• Proven ability to generate leads and initiate strategic conversations through proactive outreach, events, and industry platforms.
• High ownership and execution drive, with a “hunter” mindset to independently create pipeline and follow through to outcomes.
• Ability to identify and leverage relevant forums/events (conclaves, industry platforms) to build meaningful connects and expand influence.
• Solid understanding of B2B/institutional sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision making and long conversion timelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B/enterprise marketing, partnerships, or institutional outreach, preferably in EdTech, Higher Education, or L&D ecosystems.
- Proven experience in driving enterprise outreach and partnerships with institutions such as colleges, universities, or corporates (especially IT/tech firms).
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing relationships that lead to program adoption, employee/student enrollments, or revenue growth.
- Strong existing network and connects within enterprise organizations, academic institutions, or L&D/HR teams will be a significant advantage.
- Experience working closely with Sales or Business teams to convert partnerships and leads into tangible outcomes.
