As a Manager - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Sales Strategy, you will lead complex transformation engagements across industries, driving use case ideation, business modeling, and design-led delivery to build compelling value cases that translate potential into measurable outcomes. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will analyze market trends, assess business performance, and develop recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help clients design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, optimize go-to-market approaches, and build future-ready, AI-native front office operating models.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex transformation engagements across industries, focusing on sales strategy and enterprise agentic transformation
- Driving use case ideation, agent blueprinting, and business modeling to deliver measurable commercial outcomes
- Designing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize go-to-market approaches
- Developing AI-native front office operating models and leading multi-workstream delivery programs
- Managing senior client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
- Utilizing GenAI platforms and agentic tools to enhance analysis and client deliverable development
- Conducting market analysis and revenue growth diagnostics to support commercial model assessments
- Mapping and analyzing lead-to-cash processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting digital roadmap development for front office transformation, including CRM and sales enablement initiatives
- Collaborating with senior team members to continuously improve deliverable quality and contribute to proposal development
What You Must Have
- At least a Master's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
