Role Description
• Supervision and coordination during plant setup & machinery installation
• Handling commissioning, FAT/SAT, qualification & startup activities
• Knowledge and maintenance of BFS machines, Sterilizers and utility systems
• Handling utilities such as VCDS, PSG, RO Water Generation System, Boiler, HVAC and Air Compressors
• Coordination with equipment vendors, contractors and technical teams
• Troubleshooting during trial batches and production stage
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning and execution
• Preparation/support of engineering documentation, SOPs and maintenance records
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical engineering standards
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in related engineering field
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical/injectable manufacturing industry
- Experience in BFS/sterile manufacturing plants preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production machinery and utility systems
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning and maintenance activities
- Understanding of HVAC, Boiler, RO System, PSG, Air Compressor and related utilities
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical engineering practices
- Strong troubleshooting and technical coordination skills
- Ability to handle engineering activities independently
