💼Program Manager – Employee Relations
📍Location: Gurugram | Experience: 10–18Years
đź“ŚRole Overview
Lead end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) service delivery across locations, ensuring proactive HR support, effective grievance resolution, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive a positive and compliant workplace culture.
đź“ŚKey Responsibilities
- Manage ER service delivery through HR platforms and communication channels.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as listening posts, skip-level meetings, and focus groups.
- Handle Employee grievances, Posh, Disciplinary matters, Performance concerns, PIP and sensitive ER cases.
- Support leaders with performance management discussions and improvement plans.
- Ensure consistency, documentation, reporting, and closure of ER cases.
- Analyze ER trends and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on policy communication and implementation.
- Contribute to HR projects and organizational initiatives.

- Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM (subject to business requirements)
