Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrical professional with strong expertise in electrical systems, safety standards, and risk assessment. The role involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and providing technical advisory services to clients across various industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Safety Responsibilities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical standards and codes such as CEA, IS, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NEC
- Conduct electrical safety audits, lighting risk assessments, and electrical accident investigations
- Work on LV and high voltage power systems, including design and safety practices
- Perform thermography analysis and harmonic studies (added advantage)
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and adapt to new technologies
Execution & Delivery
- Work independently and collaboratively with teams to meet target timelines
- Develop conceptual plans based on project requirements and inputs
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all technical deliverables
Client Interaction & Reporting
- Interact with clients on a regular basis for project discussions and updates
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
- Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and system improvements
Other Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Maintain a proactive and positive approach toward challenges
- Exhibit agility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
- Ensure excellent written and verbal communication at all times
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Electrical)
- 8–10 years of experience in electrical systems, safety, or risk engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards and compliance frameworks
- Experience in audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2,00,000 (clarified range: 2,00,000 ) / Negotiable for right aspirant
- Structured guidance for mid/senior level differentiation: Typical bands based on experience and role expectations:
- Manager (8 years): : ₹9 - 12 LPA
- - Senior Manager / Technical Lead (10+ years): ₹12 - ₹12 -
