JManager Electrical Maintenance:-
(Waste Recycling | MRF | Shredder | Biomining | Compost Plant)
Overall responsibility for electrical maintenance, operation, and safety of MRF, Shredder, Biomining, and Compost plants.
Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, MCCs, PLCs/VFDs, motors, conveyors, trommels, shredders, balers, blowers, and allied equipment.
Ensure minimum downtime, uninterrupted power supply, and smooth plant operations.
Maintain electrical systems for sorting lines, shredders, trommels, aeration systems, pumps, and dust/odor control equipment.
Ensure compliance with statutory electrical regulations, safety norms, LOTO procedures, and audit requirements.
Lead and supervise electrical team and contractors; prepare shift rosters and allocate manpower.
Coordinate with operations, mechanical, safety, and project teams for plant reliability and new commissioning.
Monitor maintenance cost, energy efficiency, power factor, and spare parts inventory.
Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and uptime MIS.
Qualification: BE– Electrical
Experience: 10-15 years in waste management / recycling / process industries
