Designation: Assistant Manager – Electrical Designs

Job Objectives
- Lead electrical engineering efforts for renewable power plant projects, primarily solar.
- Deliver high-quality technical design drawings and specifications aligned with local and international standards. Design key electrical components including generators, power transformers, MV/LV distribution systems, earthing and lightning protection, and cable management.
- Perform detailed electrical calculations and system sizing.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and oversee project execution from design to commissioning.
- Utilize AutoCAD tools to develop ground-mounted system layouts.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless interdisciplinary coordination. Prepare electrical design deliverables and able to review design documents prepared by team members and other groups within area pf expertise to ensure quality.
- Responsible for completion of projects within his/her team in compliance with project schedule and technical requirements.
- Assist the team lead in presenting design solutions in meetings with clients and contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Proven design experience in solar power projects (MW scale).
Experience
- 4 to8 years of hands-on experience in large-scale solar projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles and standards.
