  • Handling 132 KV/11 KV Substation with 132/11 KV transformers, SF6 breakers and Connected equipment’s.
    • 11KV/ 400 – 800 V Furnace Transformers with on load Tap Changers.
    • 11KV/ 440V Power distribution system.
    • PLC Troubleshooting and Programming.
    • 400 HP Air Compressor
    • Electrical Motors, VFD knowledge of troubleshooting.
      • Ensure proper spare-part mapping, planning andmaintenance.
      • Practice and implement Reliability-based maintenance practices and continuous improvement processes(Kaizen)
      • Ensure compliance with statutory / legal requirements pertaining tomaintenance activities.
    • Review daily job priorities & allocate resources for maintenance, utilities,ovens etc.
