- Support DMA & Algo Trading platforms of Equities and Derivatives.
- Need atleast 3-4 years of experience of using Omnyses DMA
- Quickly diagnose the problem related to trading environment and escalate to respective team / vendor for quicker resolution
- Coordinate with various DMA/ Algo clients over phone or chat and execute expected actions / task by them on hosted infra specific for them
- Documenting and maintaining up to date details of new / existing infra, processes and workflows related to DMA / Algo environment .
- Supporting RMS and Operation team
- Must need good verbal communication skill .
