Jubilant Ingrevia history goes back to 1978 with the incorporation of VAM Organics Limited, which later became Jubilant Organosys and then Jubilant Life Sciences and now demerged to an independent entity as Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, which is listed in both the stock exchanges of India. Over the years, company has developed global capacities and leadership in chosen business segments.
We have more than 40 years of experience in Life Science Chemicals, 30+ years of experience in Pyridine Chemistry and value added Specialty Chemicals, and 20+ years of experience in Vitamin B3, B4 and other Nutraceutical products.
We have strategically segmented our business into three Business Segments as explained below. We are rapidly growing the revenue in all the three segments.
Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.
Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.
Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.
We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

Designation - Manager- Digital Transformation Lead – Manufacturing
Location- Noida
Job Summary: - This role requires ownership of the digital roadmap, governance of program execution, and ensuring measurable value realization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives, enable data-driven decision-making, and drive adoption of digital solutions to achieve operational excellence, productivity improvements, and sustainable impact
Key Responsibilities.
Digital Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Own and drive execution of the digital manufacturing roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value digital use cases across plants.
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with operational goals such as productivity, quality, cost, and sustainability.
Business Analysis & Solution Translation
- Act as a techno-functional business partner to manufacturing teams by understanding plant pain points and operational challenges.
- Translate business requirements into structured deliverables including process maps (current/future state), user stories, and solution blueprints.
- Define success criteria, adoption frameworks, and governance mechanisms for digital use cases.
Program Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Establish strong governance for end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive execution hygiene across initiatives including requirement sign-offs, cost estimation, vendor onboarding, NDA closure, and procurement processes (PR/PO management).
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of digital solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central coordinator across plant teams, operations, IT, automation, data science teams, and external vendors.
- Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to ensure seamless delivery.
- Facilitate alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.
Value Realisation & Adoption
- Ensure baseline definition, tracking, and validation of business benefits from digital initiatives.
- Drive plant-level adoption through structured change management, user engagement, and training programs.
- Monitor solution usage and ensure sustained value realization post-implementatio
Person Profile.
- Educational Qualifications:
- B. Tech (Chemical/Mechanical )
- MBA/ PGDBM preferred
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, or industrial technology roles
- Proven experience in leading digital initiatives in manufacturing environments
- Strong exposure to cross-functional program delivery and stakeholder management
- Technical Skills: (Preferred)
- Data Historian, Golden Batch Analytics, AI/ML, MES, RPA/Bots, IIOT, Predictive Maintenance, OPC Integration, Industrial Automation platforms
- Domain Experience: Manufacturing, Pharma, Nutrition, Industrial Automation
