Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee day-to-day planning and execution across key client accounts, ensuring high standards of delivery.
· Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with media owners and partners to drive innovative and market-leading solutions for clients.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time, adhering to best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Identify and leverage commercial opportunities, ensuring investments are strategically aligned with business objectives and partner capabilities.
· Provide strategic direction and support to senior leadership on account growth, client engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
· Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring efficient handling of administrative and operational tasks within the team.
· Ensure smooth workflow management, proactively addressing challenges to maintain campaign performance and client satisfaction.
