Role Summary
The Manager – Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving and scaling paid acquisition across multiple channels with a strong focus on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and CAC reduction. The role requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on campaign execution, and continuous experimentation to improve lead quality and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Manage budget planning, allocation, and ensure ROI accountability across channels.
• Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to maximize conversions.
Funnel Optimization & Performance Marketing
• Own end-to-end funnel performance from impressions to conversions and CAC optimization
• Drive continuous reduction in CAC while improving lead quality and conversion rates.
• Implement attribution models to track multi-touch customer journeys.
Experimentation & Innovation
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages for performance improvement.
• Explore and experiment with new-age channels such as programmatic, native, and app networks.
• Leverage AI tools and automation for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
• Ensure accurate tracking through pixels, events, and CRM integrations in coordination with tech teams.
• Analyze campaign data to generate insights and drive data-backed decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
Collaboration & Compliance
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to improve funnels and landing page performance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines and platform policies.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in performance marketing and paid campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and attribution platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an experimental mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Preferred Profile
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid campaigns
• Proven track record of driving ROI-focused marketing campaigns
• Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment preferred
