Greenway Grameen Infra is a social enterprise dedicated to improving the quality of life for households across India and Sub-Saharan Africa. Our flagship products are Greenway clean cookstoves, and we are a vertically integrated player with our own manufacturing and distribution. Founded in 2011 by IIMA and FMS graduates, we have grown from a team of three to over two hundred, distributing over 3.5 million appliances to date — making us the largest player in the Indian market and one of the largest improved cookstove distributors in the world.
As we expand on our portfolio and market outreach, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Manager, Digital Channels to own and scale Greenway’s presence across e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital sales. The successful candidate will build and lead the digital channels function in collaboration with the sales and marketing functions at the company.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce channels
• Own end-to-end performance on Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, GeM Portal, and other relevant and emerging platforms
• Manage and optimise product ratings and listings — keywords, images, pricing, and catalogue hygiene — to maximise visibility and conversion
• Plan and execute platform-specific promotional strategies, deal events, and advertising campaigns
• Monitor account health, proactively resolve listing, inventory, and compliance issues
• Identify and develop consumer financing partnerships to improve checkout conversion across marketplaces
Social commerce & digital marketing
• Drive revenue through social commerce channels, including Instagram, YouTube, and emerging quick-commerce platforms
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Meta/Google Ads)
• Develop and execute content strategies to improve brand visibility and drive traffic to e-commerce listings
Analytics & reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking digital channel health
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership; identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Evaluate new platforms, tools, and technologies (including AI-led automation)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital channel growth, or D2C sales
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable building processes from scratch in a lean team environment
