Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Design Thinking Programs, based in NCR with flexibility for remote work.The Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating design thinking programs aimed at fostering creativity and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, training facilitators, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring alignment with the Foundation's mission. The role also involves working collaboratively with Government Education Departments in North Indian states, run Design Thinking innovative Television educational series for diverse learner groups.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking principles, human-centered design, and program design
- Strong skills in facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in curriculum design and educational content development
- Project management, program evaluation, and performance measurement skills
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with some travel to North India project locations.
- 3+ years of professional experience in education, innovation, or related fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Design/relevant disciplines
