Leixir Dental Group is seeking an exceptional Manager – Dental CAD Design Center Operations to lead the establishment, scaling, and operational excellence of our new Dental CAD Design Center.
This is a rare opportunity to build a world-class digital dental operation from the ground up while working with one of the world's leading dental laboratory organisations. You will be responsible for setting up infrastructure, hiring and developing teams, implementing quality systems, driving productivity, adopting AI-enabled workflows, and ensuring global delivery standards are achieved consistently. This position reports directly to General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Center Setup
- Establish and scale the Dental CAD Design Center infrastructure, systems, workflows, and operating standards..
- Build a high-performance culture aligned with Leixir's global values and operational excellence standards.
Operations & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure turnaround time (TAT), throughput, productivity, and customer commitments are consistently achieved.
- Manage multi-shift operations and workforce planning to support global business needs.
Quality & Compliance
- Implement and maintain Dental CAD Quality Management Systems and goverance mechanism.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Talent Development
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop CAD Designers, Team Leads, Quality Controllers, Trainers, and Support Functions.
- Create a strong leadership pipeline and build sustainable middle-management capability.
Technology & Innovation
- Lead adoption of AI-assisted dental design solutions and workflow automation.
- Drive process optimisation through technology, analytics, and operational innovation.
Business Management
- Develop workforce capacity plans aligned with forecasted demand and budgets.
- Ensure profitability, compliance, employee safety, and operational sustainability.
- Partner with global stakeholders to support strategic expansion initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of Dental CAD Design or Digital Dental Lab technical experience. Person shall able to design the dental restoration by self ( 100% hands-on Experince)
- Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles managing large design teams.
- Proven experience managing teams of 50+ professionals.
- Demonstrated success in setting up, scaling, or transforming operational environments.
Mandatory Skills & Expectations:
- Expert understanding of Dental CAD workflows and digital dentistry operations.
- Strong expertise in 3Shape Design software across multiple product categories. (Experience with Exocad is preferred.)
- Strong Problem Solving Skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Person shall be fleixble to work in UK and US shifts as per the workload requirement.
Salary: Negotiatble (We belive on fair-pay so it will be as per the market standards)
Note:
- The job requires intial 60-90 days of training in Gurgaon location before depolyment in chennai center.
