We're Hiring | Central Rider Supply & Retention Team
We are looking for passionate and results-driven professionals to be part of our Central Rider Supply and Retention team.
What You'll Do
- Design rider sourcing strategies aligned with business growth plans and seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Develop and scale multiple sourcing channels — including referrals, field recruiters, telecallers, vendors, walk-ins, and digital campaigns.
- Continuously optimize the channel mix to achieve target cost-per-hire, quality, and retention metrics.
- Build and strengthen field recruiter and telecaller networks to enable high-volume, consistent hiring.
- Drive employee referral programs and localized sourcing initiatives across geographies.
- Establish channel-wise SLAs, hiring targets, and productivity benchmarks.
- Own hiring budgets and ensure strict adherence to cost-per-hire targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and channel optimization.
- Develop and execute rider retention strategies to reduce churn and improve workforce stability.
What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in rider sourcing, preferably within the quick commerce or last-mile delivery space.
- Strong background in centralized sourcing and field hiring models.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring at scale across multiple geographies or channels.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, hiring dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Exposure to cost optimization frameworks and hiring governance practices.
