Role Overview
EMPOR Marcom is looking for an experienced and driven Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead delegate acquisition strategies and oversee a team responsible for driving participation across our B2B conferences, leadership summits, and enterprise events.
This is a leadership role focused on managing delegate acquisition operations, team performance, stakeholder engagement, and audience quality across multiple events. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delegate acquisition, B2B conferences, corporate events, or media environments, along with proven team handling and people management capabilities.
You will play a critical role in ensuring successful event attendance by building strong acquisition strategies, managing delegate pipelines, and leading a high-performing team to achieve participation targets from enterprise and leadership audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delegate acquisition team across multiple B2B conferences, summits, and enterprise events
- Develop and execute delegate acquisition strategies aligned with event objectives and target audiences
- Oversee outbound outreach activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, and database-driven campaigns
- Drive participation from senior-level professionals, decision-makers, CXOs, marketing leaders, HR leaders, technology heads, and business stakeholders
- Monitor team performance, delegate pipelines, and acquisition targets to ensure successful event delivery
- Mentor, train, and guide team members on outreach strategies, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate closely with conference production, partnerships, sponsorship, and marketing teams for audience alignment
- Ensure quality delegate attendance from target industries including IT, SaaS, BFSI, and enterprise sectors
- Maintain and optimize delegate databases, reporting structures, and tracking processes
- Build long-term relationships with delegates and enterprise stakeholders for repeat participation and engagement
- Analyze delegate acquisition performance and implement process improvements for better conversion and efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of experience in delegate acquisition, B2B conferences, corporate events, media, or stakeholder engagement roles
- Prior experience managing teams and leading delegate acquisition functions
- Strong exposure to enterprise conferences, leadership summits, or B2B event environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience interacting with senior corporate professionals and enterprise decision-makers
- Strong understanding of outbound outreach, database management, and audience targeting strategies
- Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and team deliverables simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
