Profile - Manager - Debt Settlement
Work Location - Okhla phase 3

Key Focus Areas
Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Growth & Business Performance
* Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the debt settlement vertical.
* Build a predictable pipeline of settlement-eligible customers through partner channels.
* Track and improve unit economics across acquisition, pricing strategy, negotiation, and settlement realization.
* Identify new revenue opportunities such as, co-branded programs, and lender-specific settlement models.
2. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
* Identify and acquire new lending partners including NBFCs, banks, fintech lenders, and collections agencies.
* Lead commercial discussions, define partnership models, and close agreements (NDA, MSA, SLA, data-sharing).
* Drive operational onboarding: SOPs, data exchange workflows, escalation matrices, and approval processes.
3. Customer Journey Design & Tech Integration
* Map the end-to-end customer journey from partner referral to settlement closure.
* Define integration requirements including APIs, data fields, authentication, and approval logic.
* Collaborate with Billcut’s product and engineering teams to build partner-specific flows and dashboards.
* Conduct UAT, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure smooth go-live.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
* Revenue delivered from debt settlement.
* Number of new lending partners onboarded and activated.
* Partner go-live timelines and integration quality.
* Funnel conversion improvement (lead → settlement → payment).
* Customer satisfaction and partner relationship
