Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic Manager – Debt Partnerships to lead lender acquisition and manage strategic relationships with financial institutions. This role is critical in strengthening our funding ecosystem and ensuring seamless loan disbursements through strong lender partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard NBFCs, Banks, and Financial Institutions for debt funding opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, brokers, and intermediaries
- Drive structured outreach strategies to expand the lender network
- Collaborate with lenders for funding requirements aligned with business disbursements
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership agreements
- Structure co-lending, direct assignment, and securitization deals
- Work cross-functionally with Credit, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in coordination with Legal & Compliance
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and onboarding documentation
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new funding opportunities
- Monitor sanctioned limits, renewals, and lender engagement
- Maintain MIS, pipeline trackers, and partnership updates.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- MBA / PGDM preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Lending Partnerships, or Financial Services
- Strong network across Banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and brokers
- Experience in fintech / NBFC / digital lending ecosystem preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of debt funding and lending products
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and co-lending frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
