Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a strong Enterprise / Solution Architect who has evolved into AI architecture over the past 2–3 years, combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial and business acumen.The ideal candidate can translate architectural decisions into measurable business outcomes (value, risk, cost, speed-to-market) and clearly articulate impact to senior business and technology stakeholders.
At Manager Level, We Expect
- Premier B-school background (top-tier MBA or equivalent), with strong commercial instincts and executive communication
- 2–3 years of relevant AI architecture experience (evolved from Enterprise/Solution Architecture), translating architectural choices into measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on delivery track record implementing AI and digital/AI technologies in real-world environments (beyond purely advisory/strategy roles)
- Consulting-grade, client-facing capability: structured, evidence-led analysis under tight timelines; strong stakeholder management across business and technology; experience in Industrials, Energy, Health, Pharma, or Consumer/FMCG preferred
Key Responsibilities:-
Technology due diligence & deals delivery
- Lead the AI architecture and operating model review of technology deal due diligence, including:
- Development of AI risk and value hypothesis based on sell-side materials
- Preparing agenda and questions for workshop with management
- Delivering findings, impact and mitigation actions in form of report
- Deliver structured, evidence-led assessments at pace, highlighting:
- What AI capabilities are in production vs. pilot
- Scalability and architectural robustness to support AI initiatives
- Key technical, data and governance risks o Implications for value creation, integration complexity and timeline
- Translate AI architecture findings into clear, commercially relevant conclusions for deal stakeholders
- Support Day 1 / Day 100 architecture planning in integration and separation scenarios
AI‑Led Enterprise Architecture Design
- Define AI‑enabled target‑state architectures aligned to transaction and business strategy
- Assess enterprise IT landscapes (applications, data, infrastructure, cloud) for AI readiness
- Contribute to AI platform design reviews, covering data foundations, ML/GenAI enablement, integration patterns, and governance frameworks
- Support embedding AI across core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.)
Data, LLMOps & Governance Oversight
- Assess AI model lifecycle maturity and operational controls (MLOps / LLMOps)
- Evaluate data foundations supporting AI, including data quality, lineage, access controls, and regulatory considerations
- Review Responsible AI, security, privacy, and model governance frameworks
- Identify structural risks impacting scalability, compliance, or post‑deal integration
AI Economics & Vendor Landscape
- Contribute to evaluation of the AI technology stack and vendor landscape
- Understand AI cost drivers and scalability considerations (infrastructure scaling, training vs inference, usage patterns)
- Identify vendor lock‑in risks and high‑level contractual considerations (data rights, IP ownership, data residency)
- Support buy vs build assessments for AI capabilities
Client Advisory & Solution Consulting
- Lead or co‑lead architecture workshops with CIO/CTO/CDO offices and deal stakeholders
- Translate business use cases and value creation themes into scalable AI architectural patterns
- Contribute to AI maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps
- Mentor junior team members and support capability building within the M&A Technology team
