Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
Lead and manage end-to-end Reinsurance and Data Migration programs including planning, execution, transition, stabilization, and closure.
Drive large-scale migration initiatives involving policy, claims, finance, underwriting, treaty, and operational data across legacy and modern platforms.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, migration strategy planning, and solution alignment with stakeholders.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery quality across multiple workstreams.
Lead change management initiatives and support process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
Must Have Skill
Should have experience in data migration and digital transformations in reinsurance domain.
