Role Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing actionable insights from institutional data. This role ensures that outreach support and operations satisfaction metrics are consistently optimised through rigorous data management and reporting for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid.
Responsibilities:
- Derive insights from data to inform and optimise admissions outreach and operations strategies, driving improved enrolments and student satisfaction.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance student experience and achieve admissions goals.
- Develop and deliver customised reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support the admissions team and management decision-making.
- Define and maintain data integrity standards to ensure compliance with university requirements.
- Act as a liaison with third-party vendors to facilitate the timely development, updates, and implementation of admissions systems.
- Lead technological development of admissions software in collaboration with internal teams and external service partners.
- Create and manage roadmaps for software development releases, ensuring on-time, bug-free delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing platforms like AURIS, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud for CRM and analytics.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to create, understand, and process data across various frameworks.
- High proficiency in MS Office and technology-oriented tools (MS Excel, MS Access, etc.)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and seniors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Knowledge of programming languages and statistical data tools will be valuable.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Qualification:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in research analysis
- Good computer and data skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
