Job Purpose
Responsible for transforming digital data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality reporting, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, and conducting deep‑dive and ad‑hoc analyses for digital business initiatives. Work closely with globally distributed team members, and partner with business stakeholders, and analytics colleagues to support measurement strategy, data quality, and insight generation across web and mobile platforms. A strong understanding of the modern digital analytics ecosystem—including data collection, tagging, and cloud‑based analytics—is essential to ensuring reliable and scalable insights.
About the Role
Primary Responsibilities
-Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather analytics and data collection -requirements aligned to key business questions.
-Define and maintain measurement frameworks, including KPIs, event taxonomies, and success metrics across digital journeys.
-Deliver recurring (weekly/monthly) reports and executive‑ready dashboards that clearly communicate performance and trends.
-Conduct deep‑dive, exploratory, and ad‑hoc analyses to uncover insights and opportunities.
-Support and validate digital data collection implementations across web and mobile, ensuring data quality and governance.
-Leverage AI‑assisted analytics techniques to accelerate insight generation and decision support.
-Collaborate with analytics engineers and IT teams to support scalable, cloud‑based analytics architectures.
-Continuously identify opportunities to improve measurement, reporting automation, and insight delivery.
Qualifications
Education - Graduate/ Master’s degree in technology or related field
Experience - 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing analytics, or e‑commerce analytics.
Required Skills
-Strong understanding of the digital marketing and e‑commerce landscape, including web, mobile, and customer journey measurement.
-Hands‑on experience with modern digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Heap or similar.
-Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
-Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery or similar.
-Expertise in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
-Solid understanding of digital data collection and tag management, including Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, or server‑side tagging approaches.
-Familiarity with event‑based data models, identity resolution concepts, and data quality validation.
-Experience supporting experimentation, personalization, or optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, or similar).

-Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling stories for leadership and business partners.
