🚀 We’re Hiring | Manager - Customer Support Engineering
📍 Pune
We’re hiring for a fast-growing global B2B SaaS company that works with some of the world’s leading enterprise customers.
We’re looking for an experienced leader to manage and scale a high-performing Customer Success Engineering team focused on delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and AI-enabled support capabilities.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Success
- Prior experience managing teams in a B2B SaaS or enterprise setup
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, Integrations, SSO/OAuth/SAML, cloud infrastructure, and analytics ecosystems
- Experience handling enterprise escalations and driving customer-first operations
- Exposure to AI-driven support models, automation, dashboards, and operational metrics is a strong plus
