Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager, Customer Success based in Mumbai. The Manager, Customer Success will focus on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, improving client retention, and fostering strong relationships through effective account management. Daily responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for clients, analyzing client needs, providing proactive solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to assess client challenges, develop insights, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Strong Communication skills for effective presentation, client interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record in enhancing customer experience and driving measurable success metrics.
- Experience in the GRC domain or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
