The
Manager Customer Delight is a hybrid role combining high-level
Strategic Sales with
Relationship Management. You will be the face of our client to our most valued enterprise clients. Your goal is not just to close a sale, but to design a "Delight Experience" by understanding complex technical needs and delivering turnkey AV solutions that transform how our clients communicate.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development
- Identify & Target: Proactively identify and map Large Enterprise clients across multiple sectors such as IT, Healthcare, Government, Education, and Hospitality
- Consultative Selling: Conduct effective cold calls and live demonstrations, converting complex client needs into value-driven AV solutions including Auditoriums, Experience Centers, and Control Rooms
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the Strategic Head by utilizing data-driven market insights
- Technical Solutioning & Quoting
- BOQ Excellence: Collaborate with the Professional Services team to review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring that each solution is technically robust and commercially viable
- Accurate Documentation: Prepare high-quality presentations, price quotations, and tender documents, ensuring strict version control of all revised quotes and records
- Inventory Coordination: Liaise closely with the warehouse team to understand stock availability and adjust sales strategies accordingly based on equipment inventory
- The "Delight" Factor (Relationship Management)
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary contact for both new and existing accounts, performing regular site visits to uncover upselling opportunities and secure repeat business
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the entire "Order-to-Cash" process, monitor Purchase Orders (POs) diligently, clarify terms when needed, and coordinate with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment collections
- After-Sales Coordination: Follow up on post-installation service requirements to guarantee optimal solution performance, nurturing long-term client loyalty and brand advocacy
Desired Skills & Experience
- AV/IT Expertise: 4-10 years of proven success in B2B solution sales within the AV, IT, or Networking sectors
- Extensive Network: Established network of clients and referrals within the Bangalore/India enterprise market
- Strong Closing Ability: Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals in competitive settings
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives
- Adaptability: Rapid learner of emerging AV technologies (such as Lighting, Control Systems, Unified Communications) and skilled in adapting to changing market trends
