Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manager - Custom Broker based in Kurla. The role involves overseeing customs brokerage operations, facilitating the accurate and timely processing of import/export documentation, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations. The Manager will work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service, support seamless import/export operations, and liaise with relevant authorities on compliance and regulatory matters. This position also requires maintaining high service standards and optimizing operational efficiency for end-to-end customs clearance solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customs Brokerage processes and procedures
- Strong expertise in Export and Import processes and compliance
- Knowledge of International Trade laws and regulations
- Excellent Customer Service skills to manage client communications effectively
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with regulatory authorities and familiarity with documentation processes
