As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our ambitious sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture
What does the role entail?
- Design and execute targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Drive stronger adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and keep the team updated on new features.
- A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
- Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like SFMC , providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.
- Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

What would excite us?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM growth marketing role, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems.
- Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive lead acquisition and customer engagement in a B2C setup.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present strategic insights to stakeholders effectively.
