ROLE PURPOSE:
A leading diversified business house with interests across FMCG, NBFC, Real Estate,Coal Logistics Solutions is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to drive impactful and consistent brand storytelling across multiple business units.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing visual identities across diverse business verticals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
- Lead creative execution across digital, social media, print, and on-ground collaterals
- Develop high-quality visual assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Design and lead production for magazines, newsletters, and campaign creatives.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools for innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure creative governance, scalability, and adaptability across different business contexts
INCUMBENT PROFILE:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multi-industry or agency environments
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.
Good to Have
- Experience with large enterprise, Finance, FMCG, Retail or Real Estate brands
- Exposure to brand system development / rebranding
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools (like Firefly, Midjourney)
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15LPA
