Job Description
- Sales Through Corporate Channel partners
- Identify & make direct relationship with top corporates- Direct listing with corporate client to increase business volume
- Discuss Potential accounts with channel partner & plan joint GTM
- Find local Micro Finance Companies (MFI) accounts and educate them to start cross sale & ensure continuous sales growth with the help of HO team
- To explore new verticals for B2B business growth- Using HO data support & Online research
- B2B lead Maintain & Validation
- Departmental Tasks and other coordination:
- Reporting to HO and State team- Helps in performance monitoring and evaluation
- Careful Stock management for MFIs - Daily Opening Stock Report II Based on HO's B2B team supply coordination
- Enroll partner at local level for BYOD activities
- Plan for branch level awareness activities to MFI, review and redesign R&R schemes on business achievement
- Conduct training program with channel partners in presence of HO B2B training & development coordinator
