Job Description – Manager, Corporate Sales
(Hospitality & Institutional Business)
Location: Mumbai (with travel across India)

hospitality-grade personal care solutions, creating signature scent experiences for both consumers
and institutional partners.
Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B
revenue across hospitality, real estate, and institutional segments. The role involves acquiring key
accounts, closing bulk contracts, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development across hotels, resorts, corporate guest houses, spas, and hospitals
* Drive bulk sales of hotel amenities, bath & body products, and custom fragrance solutions
* Achieve revenue targets and negotiate contracts
* Manage key client relationships and ensure repeat business
* Pitch customized and private label solutions
* Track market trends and competitor activity
Candidate Profile:
* 3–8 years in B2B or institutional sales
* Experience in hospitality supplies, FMCG, or personal care preferred
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
* Existing hospitality network is a plus
KPIs:
* Revenue targets achieved
* New accounts onboarded
* Client retention and repeat orders
* Deal size and contract value
