Role Description The Manager – Corporate Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their risk and insurance needs, and coordinating tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams. The role includes managing key accounts, driving corporate outreach initiatives, and supporting business development through regular client meetings, presentations, and review sessions. The Manager will track client satisfaction, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with sales, finance, and product teams to support strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and grow long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand insurance products, risk assessment, and their impact on clients’ business performance.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with experience in developing pipelines, negotiating agreements, and achieving revenue or growth targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B corporate relations is preferred.
- Ability to work with data-driven insights, strong organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in common office and CRM software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and maintain a client-focused, ethical approach to business.
