Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Room Sales Executive to drive occupancy through corporate partnerships, long-stay bookings, and B2B collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with corporates, startups, and relocation agencies
• Drive bulk bookings and long-term stay tie-ups
• Identify new business opportunities for occupancy growth
• Conduct property presentations and client meetings
• Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to align sales strategy
• Maintain database of leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in hotel sales / corporate sales / real estate leasing
• Strong network in corporate HR / admin teams (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Familiarity with Gurgaon corporate ecosystem
