Role Description The Manager – Corporate Gifting will lead and grow Hidesign’s corporate gifting business by identifying opportunities with corporate clients, developing tailored gifting solutions, and managing end-to-end execution of orders. This full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers, understanding their brand and budget requirements, and recommending suitable products from Hidesign’s portfolio. The manager will coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customization needs are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, forecasting demand, tracking sales performance, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Skills required
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or gifting products.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities with design, production, and logistics teams to deliver customized corporate gifting solutions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
